The Shear

Sarah Shear. Some people call her “Princess Whole Foods” due to her love for the organic grocery chain. Others call her “A Weirdo” when she tries to convince them to get acupuncture (come on guys, it really doesn’t hurt that much!!). She takes pride in her knowledge of a variety of potatoes, and isn’t afraid to share it!  You can ususally find her eating a salad the size of her face in a cafe, or at the gym stretching to the Celtic Women album.

But it wasn’t always that way. Like most millennials living in NYC, Sarah became accustomed to constantly worrying about the state of the universe. Her body liked to help her gauge how stressed out she was with asthma, hives, eczema, migraines, facial tics, seasonal allergies, acid reflux, panic attacks, IBS, PVCMD, some sleepless nights, and that thing where you get sick for no reason and people respond “it’s probably just stress”. In return Sarah would treat these stress induced illnesses with comfort foods like a bag of Hershey Kisses and Mac and Cheese heavy on the cheese…which ususally left her feeling less of a rock star and more of a roly poly.

But she didn’t let anything stand in the way of her good times. Sarah’s always been recognized for her positive attitude and ever-lasting smile. Favorite hobbies include dancing in her bedroom to Tswift, planning adventures around the world, and reading Victorian Era fiction with a strong female protagonist.

Then luckily things took a turn for the BEST when she discovered the healing powers of balanced nutrition. Not only did she lose 30 pounds and eliminate all of her illnesses…but she also discovered a better way of life empowered by her plant based fuel. Combined with her already sunny personality, she’s become an unstoppable force in trying to make the world a better place.

Aside from Organic Food Chain Royalty and an Ambassador of Postivity; Sarah is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and is currently accepting clients! She’s very excited to work with people on taking their first steps to living a life of less stress, and more happiness.
